We require a 25% deposit to book all appointments. This applies to our online booking system & all appointments booked in salon.
If an appointment needs to be cancelled, please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. A deposit will be taken on making your appointment, this is deducted off your bill when you visit, and is completely refundable if you give the required notice for cancellation.
A cancellation more than 24 notice will have a deposit refunded or transferred to another booking.
Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total treatment cost.
No Shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the treatment.
If you happen to be delayed for your appointment, we can only do our best with the time remaining provided there is enough time to start. If not, we can allocate the next slot available to you. This policy is put in place to try to keep everyone on time – especially the client booked in straight after you.
Child-free zone – for your complete relaxation
If not for your own peace, then for other customers getting away from their own. We hate to turn away clients with kids (we have them too!), but it is for the health and safety of everyone as we operate potentially dangerous products in the wrong hands.
Special Offers & Treat Card
We regularly run special offers in the salon, details of which are posted in salon and on our social media channels.
Treat card points are earned as 1 point for every euro spent on treatments, double points awarded to product purchase, points are not awarded on product purchase during promotion or on discounted products. Points may be used to claim free treatments, you must advise us that you want to claim points upon booking and must have one paying treatment, You cannot use your treat card points in December or July.
